Art has always played an important part in my life -From painting the artwork to dress my own walls to sculptures that enhance that garden or alcove. I have no formal arts training but I do have a keen interest in experimenting with different art materials and thier uses - which can be fun and trying.

Having a background in the fashion industry has had a great influence on my art work- from pattern making - stitching detail to measuring and fitting to a form. I am please to take what I have learnt in one field and now turn it into things that hopefully show the pleasure in which they were made.

My aim as an artist is to create work that is inspirational and appealling to the senses. I like the things I make but it makes it all worth while when others like your stuff to.
